Dresslier Director Mary Centofanti Celebrated 32 Years with the company this week
Mary Centofanti (Director, Dresslier & Co Australia, manufacturers of Davroe Hair Wellness) commenced working at Dresslier in 1984 as a receptionist.
Through her introduction to hair care she commenced working with some of Australia’s best hair dressers and salons, developing and understanding of what they needed from a hair care product.
Davroe was created to fill a niche in the market for a hair care range that would be safe to use for both the hairdresser and consumer but also be of Salon Professional performing standard.
In 2008 she became a director / owner of Dresslier and with the introduction of a new era of ingredients was able to establish a revived and innovative product direction.
The result – the Davroe range became the Australia’s First Sulphate and Paraben free, 100% Vegan friendly and cruelty free salon professional hair care range that was a 100% Australian own and made.
Mary said “Developing natural based, vegan, animal cruelty free products has been quite a challenge but as we have always been at the forefront of new formulations and innovation, plus due to our valued relationships with hair and cosmetic companies located all over the world it allows us to source the latest leading-edge ingredients and technologies available”
“We care for the environment so ingredients we use need to be safe for our waterways but above all we strive to create a product that does what it says.
The amount of wonderful emails and testimonials we receive on a daily basis is amazing and gives us the drive to keep producing and formulating new products”
Dresslier also work to support various community groups and charities where possible, great causes such as the Little Heroes foundation, McGrath Foundation and so many others. “We like to do what we can in helping great causes that help so many people in so many different ways”.
Davroe is gaining global interest and is being noticed for it’s brand ethics as well as the product delivering outstanding results. Recently speaking on a panel for EFIC , Mary was in good company with some other great South Australian companies selling wonderful products to the world.
The passion and hard work Mary has brought to Dresslier has enabled the company to grow here in Australia and to start exporting to the U.S where the brand has been received extremely well.
The team at Dresslier is looking forward to continued growth and expansion during this exciting next phase.
